Blades 


The blade is the core technique of the fan. We use simulation software ANSYS to make the blades with most reasonable transversal surface and inner limiting plate. The limiting plate is also very important. If it is not settled in the right place, it will make the blades shake or even broken. SIYI fans have six or eight PCS of blades and winglets to ensure maximum airflow and efficiency. Unique designed winglets at the airfoil tips greatly eliminate wind noise. The blades is made of aluminum alloy with plastic spraying finish, so it can resist corrosion and dust very well. SIYI company invites Germany designer to analyze and test the blades. We found the ratio between length and weight must be settled within 410-425 to ensure the blades will not be broken forever. So it is unscientific to make the blades too thick or too wide.
